David Moore is a lifestyle entrepreneur who has spent over two decades building companies in Charlotte, NC — across digital marketing, healthcare technology, and mergers & acquisitions. With an MBA from the McColl School of Business at Queens University of Charlotte, David brings rigorous financial acumen to every venture.

He is known for thinking differently — a self-described problem solver who credits his ADHD-wired mind with giving him the ability to see opportunity where others see obstacles. In his 20s, he built a tech company that grew into a middle-market firm. He exited in 2007 and has since founded, scaled, and sold multiple businesses across industries.

Today, David leads Acquisight, a Charlotte-based M&A advisory firm serving small and medium-sized business owners navigating transactions. He also mentors entrepreneurs, having started coaching in 2004 through organizations like the Carolinas Institute for Entrepreneurship.
